At the ceremony, Yin Mingshan, Chairman of Lifan reviewed the development process of the Ethiopia direct selling company and introduced Lifan’s future new strategy in the Ethiopian market. He said that the company would gradually introduce the CKD model with Ethiopia as a base while facing the entire African market. President Mulatu Teshome Wirtu showed appreciation for Lifan for choosing Ethiopia, he said that Lifan new factory’s advanced technology and equipment had impressed him, and expressed hope for better development and performance of Lifan in future. President Mulatu Teshome Wirtu and Ambassador Xie Xiaoyan, Mayor of the DUKEM City and Chairman Yin Mingshan together cut the ribbon for the new factory in Ethiopia. President Mulatu Teshome Wirtu raised curtain for the new model Lifan 530 launched that day. He gave an Ethiopia distinctive name ”DUKEM530” after the city name where the new factory is located, for Lifan 530 in the Ethiopian market.
